Inventory and Capabilities

Here's how!

IPLS can receive your data in a variety of ways. The number one method is using File Transfer Protocol. In Netscape go to ftp://ftp.ipls.com. You will receive a screen of filenames of recently uploaded data. Go to the file menu selection in Netscape and use upload file. You will then receive a dialog box asking for the name of the file to upload to the IPLS server. Choose your inventory file. Once the transfer is complete the IPLS server will begin the upload process ever hour from 12:00AM to 6:00AM Eastern Standard Time. This means that your inventory will be uploaded within a 24 hour period.

If you would like to send your inventory to us you can send it using one of the following formats: 3.5inch IBM PC floppy, 1/4 Tape (QIC-80), 1/2 Tape (1600BPI) IOMEGA Travan Tape, 8MM Tape, 4MM Tape, 250 Colorado Jumbo, or 700 QFA. If you have another type of media call us, we'll work with you!
