Home Page and Logo redesign

10/7/98 We have finally redesigned our home page and logo.  Sorry for the delay, hope you all like it.

First Advertisements added!

10/6/98 The IPLS is pleased to put your advertisements on the home page at no cost for one month.  This special offer is extended to all charter IPLS members.  If you would like to take part please email your 320x100 advertisement in gif format to jfrederick@ipls.com .  Front Page Compatible

8/20/98 The IPLS member web page section is now Microsoft Front Page 98 compatible. If you use Microsoft Front Page you can now publish your Web directly from your computer to the IPLS main server with the click of a button. This will allow you to change your Web pages as often as you like. Leave it to IPLS to provide powerful services at prices you can afford!

CAGE Codes

8/5/96 Vendor Cage codes are now available on the IPLS main server. Enter in the cage code and the server will return the information regarding the Vendor. There are over 500,000 vendors in the main cage code database.

DC9 / B727 IPC and multiple Part Number Search

IPLS continues to add features as you ask for them. Please check out the DC9 IPC index listing and the multiple part number search screen. Please send any comments to webmaster@ipls.com. NSN to manufacturer part numbers. Thanks for your support!

 Repair Capability

IPLS is looking for ideas on a standard data format for the listing of repair capabilities. Currently part number, description, ATA chapter, and CAGE code are part of the spec. In addition, model number, and average overhaul lead time may be helpful data fields for the database. Please e-mail any other suggestions to: webmaster@ipls.com.

Inventory Inquiry

We will accept any PC database format or text delimited format given that a data structure is e-mailed to us in advance. We are exploring the possibility of adding two fields, one for tag date and one for overhaul agency information. If you have any suggestions on the standardization of the format please e-mail to: webmaster@ipls.com.

The IPLS Bulletin Board

The IPLS Bulletin Board system can be used to post any message that may be of interest to all members of the group. Please do not post information that will not be applicable to commercial aviation parts and services. All messages will be available for viewing for a 24 hour period. After this time the messages are archived for an additional five days. After five days the messages are removed from the database. There is no charge to post messages.
